Our kids really enjoy watching How It's Made on Discovery Channel. So today I took them to Ethel M Chocolate factory and took a little tour there. We went inside the factory and got a chance to see up close how chocolate is made. They were super excited to go to chocolate factory to see how chocolate was made. We really did enjoy the tour and gained more knowledge on how the real chocolate fruit was transformed into chocolate candies. Besides watching those chocolate candies running through the cold machine, our most favorite part of the tour was that everyone got to sample some free yummy chocolates that they made at the end of the tour. They have one of the best chocolates we've ever tasted, we just love their chocolates.
We also took a tour to their Cactus Botanical Garden, which was melati's most favorite part of the day. Melati took lots and lots of picture of the cactuses. She didn't want her picture taken, she was the picture taker today. We learned so much about cactus in this garden. We learned about all kind of cactuses that live here in the desert and how they keep our desert amazingly beautiful.
Those cactuses sure are pretty

We met Miss. Lizzy Lizard in the garden and she's happily posing for my camera.
The only time Melati was okay to have her picture taken was this one. She loves M&M , that's why she's posing in front of it....
I wanted to take all 3 kids picture together but Melati covered her face with her M&M bag because she didn't want to be in the picture.
On the way home ,we stopped by the airport. We watched lots and lots of airplanes landing and taking off. In just a matter of minutes, we have lost counts of how many airplanes were landing in front of us because McCaran Airport is one of the busiest airport in the world. We did enjoy watching all kind of airplanes from all kind of carriers. The kids actually came up with their own name for every plane that landed and soon memorized the names of the airplanes carrier by their colors. It was indeed a fun filled day.
