Happy Birthday Melati!!

July 17th was a very special day because we had the opportunity to celebrate Melati's 5th birthday with all of her cousins.

Per Melati's request, we held her birthday party at the nearby park.

One of the reasons Melati wanted a birthday in the park was because she wanted to have a princess Pinata. The kids took turn hitting the pinatas until they knocked it down to the ground.

Of course the bigger kids hit the pinata down and everyone running for the candies...it was a lot fun!!

Opening presents was the best part of birthday. Melati got a pink princess backpack. Just in time for the new school year. Yes, Melati is going to kindergarten next month.

Getting more and more presents, how fun!! We ended the party by playing ball and getting wet in the park. We all had a blast having fun celebrating Melati's birthday. And to have share this moment with all the cousins made it more special.
I still can't believe that my baby girl is 5 now....how time flies. Happy Birthday Melati!!
