General Conference Weekend

Last weekend Hendra and I had the opportunity to attend General Conference at the Conference Center in Salt Lake City for the first time. We had THE MOST AMAZING experience. Being in the same room as the prophets of God and His servants was the most beautiful feelings we could ever imagined.

We were allowed to take pictures before and after the conference (not during). Here are some pictures taken before the conference started. its amazing to see how thousands people were there but but they still maintained their reverence. Everyone was very reverent in the Conference Center and when the Prophet Thomas S Monson walked in, everyone stood up to give him respect and the room was very silent and every eye was on him and amazed at his charisma. ...It was so silent that you could hear a pin dropped. Our tears dropped as we listen to The Tabernacle Choir singing beautifully. We felt the spirit so strong. All of these experiences have testified to me that Jesus is The Christ and that this is the only true church upon this earth.

The Students from BYU Idaho were singing along the roads to maintain reverence around the Temple Square. Their voice was so beautiful that everyone who passed by felt the spirit so strongly.

All in all, We had a really good time at the Conference. We love Conferences as it is always making us want to do better in life. We loved all the talks. We felt that all those talks were meant for us. ...Just what we neeeded to hear.
