We had lots of rain last weekend. 3 days in a row...it was a really wet weekend but we tried to make the best out of the cold weather. I let the kids go out and test drive their umbrellas which seem to be of little to no use here in the desert.

This is pretty much how the roads looked like that weekend.
The mountains around the valley were covered in white snow....its just so beautiful. We literally had to stop and take a moment to enjoy this rare scenery.

oh .. I miss the states. 4 months life in the big city, s'pore .. walaupun tinggal di lantai 28 bisa ngeliat jauh sampai mata memandang but aduh bosennya!!! mungkin karena udaranya kali yaa, pengap, .. kalau di state khan cuaca berganti terus jadi variasi. I miss the mountains .. and snow.
